return / exchange / missing policy

All e-liquid sales are final. The only exception is if the wrong product is shipped out. In that case, we will exchange the incorrectly shipped product for the correct one. If you are missing a product from your order, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivered date in order to request a replacement.

At this time, all orders will be shipped via USPS. International shipping is not available. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be shipped out. Orders placed on a weekend will ship the next business day (Mon-Fri). Shipping options include USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Express.  Pick ups are available in store.

Orders over $50 will qualify for free USPS first-class shipping to the United States.
