ALL SALES ARE FINAL – and are not applicable for return or refund – including shipping costs with the exception of product containing manufacturer defects, or those shipped in error by us. Damaged, broken or unsalable products will not be refunded, as well as any E-Liquid or flavor products.
A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY AUTHORIZED RETURNED MERCHANDISING AND/OR SHIPPING CHARGES WHERE APPLICABLE. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS.
Products with manufacturing defects which are returned must be received at our location in Illinois within 30-days of the original purchase date in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
We do not refund any shipping costs except those costs associate with products shipped to you in error by us.
